Nexus is operated by Jain Hardik Kalpesh in his personal capacity.

Participation in Nexus events is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand and acknowledge the risks and agree that Nexus and its organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unforeseeable incident that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our events.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during Nexus events. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards fellow participants or organizers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment for Nexus events is required in advance unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the refund policy specified for each event. Any refund requests must be made within the stipulated time frame outlined in the event details.

6. Modifications to Service

Nexus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part of it, with or without notice, at any time. You agree that Nexus shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Service are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bombay Municipal Corporation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
