1. Cancellation by Participants

-Refunds: Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:
-Full Refund: If the cancellation request is received more than 7 days before the event date subject to 10% processing fees.
-Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is received between 7 days and 48 hours before the event, a partial refund of 50% may be provided. 
-No Refund: If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the event start time or if you do not show up for the event without prior notice.

-Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@nexusofficial.in with your event details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be credited within 5 business days to your bank account.

2. Cancellation by Nexus

In rare circumstances, Nexus may need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies. In such cases:

-Refunds: Participants will be offered a full refund of the event fee.
-Notification: We will notify participants as soon as possible via email or phone. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive timely notifications.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event needs to be rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons, Nexus will provide participants with the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

4. Participant Substitution

If you are unable to attend an event, you have the option to substitute another person in your place. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event with the substitute participant’s details.

5. Event Modifications

Nexus reserves the right to modify or adjust the event itinerary, activities, or location due to factors such as weather conditions or safety concerns. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
